This is for people who did study the language quite a long time ago and have forgotten most of it. They will have a small collection of words and phrases.
This is for people who have studied for approximately 30 to 40 hours and can hold a simple conversation on everyday topics
Students at this level will have studied for 60 hours or more, might have completed a recent GCSE, and be comfortable holding a simple conversation on working or leisure topics.
You are increasingly comfortable using the language. You understand the main ideas of texts. You can discuss past and future projects, and you understand limited social conversations in groups.
